Synopsis

A crook named Patrick "Eel" O'Brian, is with his gang robbing a chemical plant when he is shot by a security guard and struck by a falling drum full of an unidentified acid that enters "Eel's wound. The acid bath gave him the ability to stretch and change his shape. He struggles to survive as people and the authorities view him as a monster. Everything changes when O'Brien, determined to jump off a bridge, meets Woozy Winks and after much deliberation they decide to become partners to start a career in crime fighting and make a fortune.
